I study how organizations design, deploy, and govern AI systems built on large language models and agents. My work sits between research and practice: most projects start with an industry partner and end as both a paper and a working system.
Before joining GSU in 2025, I completed a PhD in computer science at the University of Georgia, where I combined knowledge graphs and LLMs for biomedical question answering.

The economics of enterprise AI
Why AI budgets keep growing while the cost of models keeps falling, and what organizations can do about it.
Agentic AI readiness and governance
How to decide which tasks can be delegated to AI agents, and how to secure and govern that delegation.
AI for consumer trust
A partnership with the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta on complaint analytics and conversational agents for intake and resolution.
